The CFO Series provides a convenient, one-stop way for CFOs and those who aspire to be CFOs, to an entire year of CPE with a single decision.  Each day consists of a subject matter expert leading discussions about four different topics.  The CFO Series features high-quality presentations and an interactive, executive level colleague-to-colleague approach with case studies, group discussions, and team exercises.

This session makes it easy to catch up with the latest thinking in five very different topics. This seminar will include: The End of Accounting, The Right and Wrong Stuff: How Brilliant Careers Are Made and Unmade, Big Potential, Pitch Anything and Give and Take: Why Helping Others Drives Our Success. Save time, learn the key lessons of five business books in just 100 minutes.

Objective:  Understand the lessons of five recent business books.

Cases and Group Discussion

The CFO Series provides extensive case study analysis and many opportunities for group discussion.

Target Audience:  This series is for people who are, or aspire to be, chief financial officers. We target the discussions to people in medium-sized organizations.

Level of Knowledge:  Intermediate

CPE Credit:  4 Management, 2 Ethics, and 2 Auditing credits

Prerequisite:  Management experience will be helpful. None, participants should have at least six months of professional experience and thorough knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.

Advanced Preparation: Experience working with internal clients or external clients and business leaders. Bring a laptop.
